Joanne Foyle, 82, passed away peacefully January 9, 2025 at her home in Emporia. She was born July 16, 1942 in Hillsboro to John and Fern (Newton) Vogt.

Kelly Ross Nightingale, 68, of Galva, Kansas, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025, at his home. He was born on June 24, 1956, in Goessel, Kansas, the son of Harry George and Wilma Fern (Becker) Nightingale.

Becky Sue Carter, 71, passed away on January 10, 2025 at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned, KS. She was born on May 30, 1953 at Central City, NE, the daughter of Dean and Carmel Lee (Johnson) Carter. She was a longtime resident of Larned, and was the Activity Therapist at the Youth Center of Larned for 41 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ, St. John, KS, and the Women’s Golf League at the Larned Country Club. Becky was an avid softball player, golfer, and bowler, she also loved hunting and fishing.

Kathleen Anne Inwood died January 7, 2025, in Sterling, Kansas, at the age of 78. With the exception of her last 32 days, she was an Emporia, Kansas, resident for the past sixty years.

David Joseph Dickes, age 65, passed away on January 4, 2025 at Richmond Healthcare. He was born on November 18, 1959 in Denver, Colorado to Robert and Frances Dickes.

Stephen Charles Poss, age 72, of Greeley, Kansas, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025, at his home.

Iola Jean Stout-Perkins, known as Bonnie to most, passed away on January 5, 2025 at Allen County Regional Hospital.

Feona Rosalie Dewey 81, passed away peacefully at home in Petrolia, KS, surrounded by family on January 7, 2025.

Pamela L. Carey, 72, passed away at Hospice House, Hutchinson, on January 6, 2025. Born on January 19, 1952, in Hutchinson, she was the daughter of John M. and Patricia J. (Bosse) Carey.

Kevin Ray Boese, 65, of Haven, Kansas, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025. Services are pending and will be announced later by Ott Funeral Home, Haven, with a full obituary.

Nancy Justine Scales, 83, of Buhler, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at her home. She was born on January 4, 1942 in Haverhill, Massachusetts to Edward and Muriel (Flibotte) Proudfoot.

Curtis Ray Peace, of Colwich, Kansas, passed away, due to a combination of health issues, on December 26, 2024. He was born to Everett and Berniece Peace in Oklahoma on February 28, 1955.
