Dr. Howard F. Wilson, age 87, of Garnett, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at St. Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, Kansas.

Belva Alene Clouse, 85 of Iola, Kansas passed away at her home on Friday, April 18, 2025.
Belva was born on November 26, 1939 in Santa Susana, California to Troy and Bessie Roberts.

Roger Edwin Koehler, son of Conrad Koehler Sr. and Rose (Kenny) Koehler, was born
on July 30, 1938 in Anthony, Kansas, the second of eight children. Roger attended
Claflin High School where he met the love of his life, Joyce Sauber. After the two
graduated in 1956, Roger enlisted in the U.S. Marines and served at 29 Palms base.
Roger and Joyce were united in marriage on July 11, 1959, at St. Catherine’s Catholic
Church in Dubuque, Kansas.

George Daunt Harris, Sr. passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, surrounded by family. He was 84.

Lois Elizabeth Brichacek, 98, passed away April 21, 2025, at Azria Health in Great Bend, Kansas. She was born August 15, 1926, in Anthony, Kansas to William & Rose (Vermillion) Gilek. Lois married Donald F. Brichacek August 19, 1950, in Salina. He preceded her in death November 11, 1984.

Kathleen M. Foster, 81, passed away April 20, 2025 at Hays Medical Center, Hays, KS.

Forrest "Frosty" Robrahn, 93, of Burlington, Kansas, passed away early Friday, April 18, 2025, at the Coffey County Hospital.

Bernice French, age 89, of Garnett, passed away on April 20, 2025 at Parkview Heights in Garnett.

Theresa Merlyn Hallock, 93, was born January 27, 1913 in Great Bend; daughter of Grover and Fern McCracken Lampe. She passed away August 19, 2006 in Larned. John Grover Hallock, 73, was born October 9, 1951 in Larned; son of John Melvin and Theresa Merlyn Lampe Hallock. He passed away January 28, 2025.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025 at Larned Cemetery, Larned with Alan Mead presiding.

After a long and heartbreaking battle with Young Onset Alzheimer’s Disease, Damon Lynn Rhoades passed away peacefully at his home in Loveland, Colorado with his wife, Phyllis by his side.

James H. Nolte, 97, of Great Bend and Stafford, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025. He was born on May 19, 1927, on his family’s farm in Stafford County to John and Elizabeth (Ukens) Nolte. He married Fern A. Langrehr on June 13, 1948, in Hudson, Kansas. She preceded him in death on March 13, 2007.

Pamela S. Surface, 75, of Hutchinson, died April 18, 2025, at Hospice House. She was born July 27, 1949, in Wichita, to Allen L. and Maxine J. (Burgett) Ward.
