Luiz Miguel Perez, 38, passed away January 16, 2025 at his home, Larned.
He was born October 20, 1986 in Larned the son of Anthony E. and Darla Rector Perez. A lifetime Larned resident; he worked for the City of Larned.
He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned. He enjoyed doing yard work, mechanic work, tinkering, drawing and watching football, especially the Raiders. He was always willing to lend a hand and help others.
On June 24, 2023 he married Jessica Linarez in Larned; she survives.
Other survivors include; his parents, Anthony and Darla Perez, Larned; his son, Luiz Millan; two step-sons, Anthony Morales and Alexavier Delgado; his siblings, Amy Longbine, Wichita, Anthony (Tasha) Perez Jr., Tacoma, Washington and Autumn (Clint) Millan, Grand Island, Nebraska; and nieces and nephews; Jamalyn, Devalyn, Karlie, Dylan, Corbin, Kaelin and Bodie.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned with Father Robert Schremmer presiding. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 20, 2025 with family present from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary and Vigil service at 7:00 p.m. all at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.
