HESSTON, Kan. – After a second place finish Saturday at the Clearwater Tournament, the Hesston Volleyball team returned to the hardwood on Tuesday, where they hosted Kinsley and Lyons, defeating them in both in straight sets.
The Lady Swathers were able to move to 21-14 on the season after defeating Kinsley in the opener 25-13, 25-11. Hesston was just as dominate in the nightcap, defeating Lyons 25-13, 25-18.
The JV would have a double dual with Lyons, winning 24-26, 25-10, 25-16, 25-22. The C-Team would defeat Kinsley 25-17, 25-19.
The Hesston JV team finishes their season with an overall record of 21-10.
The C-Team completes their season with a record of 15-13
The Swather Volleyball team will travel to Smoky Valley on Saturday, as they will open sub-state taking on Hoisington in a 4/5 matchup. The match will begin 20 minutes following the 2 p.m. Match between Smoky Valley and Larned.
