McPHERSON COUNTY, Kan. — Dalton Deist, 19-year-old of McPherson was in a single vehicle accident southeast of Marquette early Sunday morning. Deist did not survive the crash.
According to a release Aug. 5, from the McPherson County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred Southbound on 6th Avenue in the 2500 block around 1:56 a.m. Deist had failed to negotiate a curve, and the vehicle went off the road striking several trees.
No other information has been given at this time.
