GREAT BEND, Kan. — The City of Great Bend Street crews has started work on US-56 between Hubbard and Holland on Tuesday Aug. 23, to repair an area that has wash boarded.
Traffic control has been set up to one lane for West Bound traffic with little to no interruption for East Bound. The work is expected to take approximately two weeks. Please be attentive and aware as the crews work to make repairs in the area.
