GREAT BEND, Kan. — Great Bend Economic Development (GBED) to host the second year of the “Entrepreneurial Mindset” series with a free introductory class on Monday, January 8, 2025. This opportunity invites aspiring entrepreneurs, business enthusiasts, and community members to explore the concepts of entrepreneurial thinking in an engaging and welcoming environment.

Participants in the free trial class will enjoy a complimentary dinner while diving into the foundational principles of entrepreneurial mindset with the co-facilitators and classmates. This unique opportunity allows attendees to experience the class firsthand before committing to the full program.

Should attendees choose to continue with the Entrepreneurial Mindset Class, GBED will assist with the online registration process and payment setup following the first session. The full program will include weekly classes facilitated by Jim Correll and Kimberly Becker, featuring interactive discussions, video content, and insights from the book Who Owns the Ice House? by Clifton Taulbert. Additionally, local entrepreneurs will share their real-world experiences, offering valuable perspectives on the rewards and challenges of building a business.

As an added incentive, participants who attend at least five sessions will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee, making the program even more accessible to those eager to invest in their entrepreneurial journey.
