HUTCHINSON, Kan. (BlueDragonSports.com) – The final NJCAA Division I Women’s Soccer poll was released on Monday and the Hutchinson Community College women’s soccer team matches its highest ranking in the last two seasons.
Following a 3-3 tie with No. 19 Cowley, the Blue Dragons are unbeaten (5-0-3) in their last eight games and finished the regular season ranked No. 14.
The No. 14 ranking is the highest Hutchinson has been in the poll since being ranked No. 11 on September 5, 2023.

The Blue Dragons close the regular season with a 9-2-6 record and will play Dodge City in the opening round of the Region 6 Tournament at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Salthawk Soccer Complex.
The Blue Dragons extended their record of consecutive weeks in the national rankings with their 19th-straight appearance in the poll. The previous record was 15 consecutive weeks in the poll in 2009 and 2010.
Navarro was the No. 1 team for the fourth-straight week. Iowa Western remained second, followed by Seminole State, Arizona Western and Hill.
Jayhawk Conference co-champion Kansas City moved up to No. 7. Co-league champion Butler remained No. 11. Cowley remained No. 19.
