Moore, Okla. (CCCTigers.com) – The Central Christian College of Kansas Women’s Soccer team began their regular season against Randall University in Moore, Oklahoma this past Thursday. Riddled with injuries last year, the Tigers have more depth and a solid incoming class that shined against Randall.

Sophia Cook, a freshman Midfielder stood out the most, scoring two goals while helping set up her teammates with great looks of their own. The Ambush was out in full force as the Tigers got the upper hand on Randall early and did not look back.

The final score ended up being 5-1 in favor of Central with goals from Amaya ChaffeeBaylee Smith, and Stephanie Zazueta as well.

The Tigers have a busy week ahead of them with three home matches this week. First against the Bethany Swedes on August 26th. They also face Sterling College and Bethel later in the week. All matches will be streamed live on the SAC Sports Network.
