McPHERSON, Kan – With the 60th annual McPherson Invitational just one week away, the seeding and full bracket have been released.
With a 6-0 record, the Bullpups retain the No. 1 seed in the tournament, and will begin the tournament hosting Wichita-Bishop Carrol Thurs. Jan. 18 at approx. 7:45 p.m.
All of Thursday, Jan. 18’s first round matchups are as follows:
- No. 3 Topeka-Seaman vs. No. 6 Blue Valley – 3:00 p.m.
- No. 2 Hutchinson vs. No. 7 St. James Academy – 4:35 p.m.
- No. 4 Lawrence-Free State vs. No. 5 Derby – 6:10 p.m.
- No. 1 McPherson vs. No. 8 Wichita-Bishop Carrol – 7:45 p.m.
Fri. 1/19’s second-round matchups will begin in the same time slots, with matchups TBD.
The final round will be played on Sat. Jan. 20. Game times are as follows:
- 7th place – 11:00 a.m.
- 5th place – 12:35 p.m.
- 3rd place – 2:10 p.m.
- Championship – 3:45 p.m.
