YORK, Neb. (MacBulldogs.com) – The Bulldogs were unable to slow down a rapid offensive attack as they fell to the York University Panthers on Wednesday afternoon (Oct 23), 8-0.
On offense, the Bulldogs struggled to generate opportunities as they failed to record a shot on goal in the contest while only collecting two shots. Caitlin Buendia was credited with the pair of shots in her return to action after battling an illness that sidelined her for the previous three games.
York was led by Gracie Reynolds, who recorded a hat trick on the day. Adriana Castellanos Rodrigo chipped in as well and scored twice while a trio of other Panthers scored goals as well.
McPherson returns home for the final time this season for senior day as they face Ottawa University on Saturday, October 26. Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m.
