Lady Tigers Fall to SCU in a Tight Contest

OKLAHOMA CITY (CCCTigers.com) – In a closely contested SAC game in Oklahoma City, Okla., the Central Christian College of Kansas Tigers faced a tough loss against the Southwestern Christian University Eagles. The final scoreboard showed 51-59 in favor of the Eagles despite a halftime tie at 27-all.

Chloe Clevenger led the Tigers with an impressive 25 points, adding 6 rebounds and 2 steals to her performance. Additional notable contributions came from Cristina Laudan, who scored 10 points and grabbed 9 rebounds, and Charmayne Marshall with 5 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals. Despite the solid individual performances and a tied score at the half, the Tigers were unable to secure a win, moving their season record to 3-15 (1-13 SAC).

This challenging season continues for the Tigers as they prepare to face John Brown University at Jerry E. Alexander Arena on January 23, 2025.
