HUTCHINSON, Kan. – There are lots of opportunities this week for families with young children as our community celebrates Week of the Young Child, April 17-22.
Check out the many great activities going on throughout the week.
April is also Get Everyone Outdoors month, with special opportunities at many of Hutchinson’s favorite venues, including the Hutchinson Public Library and Dillon Nature Center.
Highlights include an Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 22 at the Nature Center. Family canoeing will be available, check out the story walk along the trails, along with story time in the playscape, and a family habitat hike.
