HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Salt City Splash delayed opening to Saturday, June 3 due to mechanical issues at the aquatic center. While the mechanical issues have been fixed, one more day is needed to insure the safety of patrons. The Splash will open for the 2023 season on Sunday, June 4.
The Summer 2023 public swim hours include:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: Open 12:30-6:30 p.m.
- Fridays: Open 12:30-8 p.m.
- Saturdays & Sundays: Open 12:30-6:30 p.m.
- Mondays (starting June 5): CLOSED
While the Splash will not be open for public swim on Mondays, it will be open for youth swim team and other programming.
