TOPEKA, Kan. (Jan. 7, 2025) — George Stover, Chief Executive Officer, Rice Community Health, was recently elected 2025 Chair of the Kansas Hospital Association Board of Directors. The election took place during the association’s annual meeting in Overland Park.
Stover has been an active member of the Kansas Hospital Association and joined the KHA Board of Directors in 2018. He previously served as a member of the board’s executive committee and as treasurer and chair elect. During his one-year term as board chair, Stover will guide the 21-member governing board that oversees the organization’s strategic activities.
“George brings a wealth of experience in the hospital and health care sector, and we eagerly anticipate his guidance in this key position,” said KHA President and CEO Chad Austin.
The Kansas Hospital Association is a voluntary, non-profit organization existing to be the leading advocate and resource for members.
