McPHERSON, Kan. — The ReUse It Center was able to go over its goal of $51,000 and donated a total of $80,750 in 2024. ReUse It Center Store Manager Shulah Neff shared that it wouldn’t have been possible without the center’s volunteers and its loyal shoppers.
“Our volunteers work tirelessly to get items fixed, repaired, cleaned, and priced. They help customers in the store while providing great customer service. Without them, we just wouldn’t exist,” Neff stated. “Then there are our dedicated shoppers who shop every week or every time that we are open. They believe in our mission to help those in our community and purchase items knowing that the funds will go to local nonprofits that will provide services to those most in need. Being able to empower those nonprofits with the funds needed is the best part of my job!”
