McPHERSON, Kan. — Thanks to shoppers and volunteers throughout the month of June, the ReUse It Center was able to donate $3,250.00 to the following organizations.
The McPherson Senior Center
The McPherson Senior Centeris a non-profit 501c3 which was established in 1979. Our mission is to provide services to help maintain and enhance the lives of our McPherson City elderly community. It is the Center’s goal to be a focal point of information and resources for our older citizens and their families.
Forging Youth Resilience
FYR Mac-Town believes in equitable access to functional fitness, nutritional education, and meaningful, and positive connections can improve psychological and physical well-being, transforming the lives of at-promise or underserved youth in McPherson. This program is completely free to all athletes that choose to participate, no matter their socio-economic status, or home/life circumstances. The power of exercise is something that cannot be measured, but what is even more important is the immeasurable outcomes that can come from having a supportive and motivating community of like-minded people.

MCC is a global, nonprofit organization that strives to share God’s love and compassion for all through disaster relief and support for economic development in under-developed countries. In all our programs we are committed to relationships with our local partners and churches. The ReUse It Center donated $1,750.00!!
