A two-vehicle crash Monday evening blocked the intersection of 85th Avenue and Old K-61 near Medora for several hours. According to the Reno County Sheriff’s office, A vehicle driven by Isaac Jones was northbound on Old 61 en route to Buhler when he ran the stop sign and struck a van going east on 85th driven by Emile Harker.
The Harker van spun and rolled three times before coming to rest on the railroad tracks. Amazingly, neither driver or passengers in the van were injured, which deputies attribute to everyone wearing their seat belts and airbag deployment.
