HARVEY COUNTY, Kan. — The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office has identified the person killed in a one vehicle crash near Burrton Tuesday as a 26-year-old McPherson man.
Cody Curl was southbound on Burmac Road about two miles south of Burrton around 4:50 PM when his pickup left the roadway, hit a culvert, and rolled several times before coming to rest on the road.
Emergency responders attempted life-saving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Circumstances regarding the accident remain under investigation.
