MCPHERSON, Kan. – McPherson County Community Foundation (MCCF) has been out in the community, working to collect ideas, priorities and information about our communities. Starting in March they began a campaign to solicit opinions and priorities from McPherson County residents.
Earlier this year many of you responded to a short Mastermind McPherson survey and provided input on the perception and priorities as you see them in your community. These survey results are in, and MCCFR wants to share them and continue a conversation about where you want to see McPherson County go.
On July 27, MCCF will be hosting the Mastermind McPherson County Summit. The Summit, beginning at 8 a.m., will be an opportunity for community members and leaders to go over the results of the survey. MCCF encourages open communication to discuss what makes our county and communities special and what our priorities are. Participants will have the opportunity to join breakout sessions to meet and discuss topics important to them and other community members.
MCCF will also have exciting news about grant opportunities for Mastermind McPherson County priorities to help continue the good work.
Those interested in attending are asked to please RSVP for Mastermind McPherson County to betsy@mcphersonfoundation.org or call 620-245-9070 by July 14.
