HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Kansas State Fair has adjusted the date for the Ludacris concert to Friday, September 12, 2025, one day earlier than originally planned. All tickets purchased for the original date will be honored, and refunds will be available for those who can’t attend on Friday.
General Manager Bryan Schulz explained that after securing Ludacris for the fair months ago, they later discovered a scheduling conflict with another venue. To ensure fans still get to experience an incredible show, the fair team worked quickly to adjust the date.
“Our fairgoers’ excitement for Ludacris was clear with so many people already getting tickets. We knew we had to find a solution that worked for everyone,” Schulz said. “Thanks to the dedication of our team and the support of our partners, we were able to adjust the schedule and keep this exciting concert on our lineup.”
Current Ticket Holders
Tickets purchased online through the Kansas State Fair Etix site remain valid. Those who bought printed tickets at the Kansas State Fair Ticket Office will receive a reissued ticket with the correct date. Refunds will be available through Etix until Friday, March 15, for those unable to attend on the new date.
