LARNED, Kan. — Larned State Correctional Facility (LSCF) announced today on social media that Corrections Supervisor II Kevin Pflughoeft has been selected for the position of Corrections Supervisor III (Captain), effective April 13, 2025.
According to LSCF, CSIII Pflughoeft started working at the Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility on April 23, 2003, as a Juvenile Corrections Officer I. On Nov. 7, 2004, Pflughoeft was promoted to Juvenile Corrections Officer II, and to Juvenile Corrections Officer III on August 7, 2011.
He accepted the position of Juvenile Corrections Officer II – Training Sergeant on June 5, 2016. He was later promoted to Corrections Supervisor II at Larned State Correctional Facility on June 5, 2016.
