HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Hutchinson City Council is now accepting applications for students interested in participating in civic engagement, developing leadership skills, and being a voice for local youth. To qualify, you must be a USD 308 student entering the 7th-12th grades for the upcoming school year.
The Hutchinson Youth City Council is compromised of a board of five elected members charged with representing youth in the City of Hutchinson. A list of the Council’s by-laws and expectations can be found at https://docs.google.com/…/1vfEqBCew_N…/edit….
