HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Salvation Army will be opening a warming center during the extreme cold from 9 AM to 4 PM at 700 North Walnut.
Major Paul James said they will be open Saturday and Sunday, and they will have coffee and hot chocolate during those hours.
The Salvation Army tries to make it a priority to be open during extreme cold or heat situations.
