HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A Hutchinson man has been arrested in connection to a fentanyl-related fatality.

Hutchinson Police Special Operations Division Lieutenant Jake Graber said Harry Ocon was taken into custody Tuesday morning on a probable cause warrant stemming from an overdose in June of 2022.

Reno County Correctional Facility records indicate a case has been filed that charges Ocon with the distribution of controlled substances causing death, two counts of unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of drugs for personal use, and possession of manufacturing paraphernalia. He’s also facing charges for a failure to appear warrant stemming from a New Year’s Day DUI arrest.

Ocon is being held on a $305 thousand bond pending an initial appearance.
