RENO COUNTY, Kan. — Hospice & Homecare of Reno County has been named a 2024 Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) Honor recipient by MatrixCare, a leading provider of RCM services, CAHPS surveys, and advanced analytics for home health and hospice organizations.
This prestigious program recognizes agencies that excel in delivering a positive patient experience and high-quality care as measured by the HHCAHPS satisfaction scores.
MatrixCare evaluates performance based on the willingness to Recommend question as a qualifier, followed by 18 other publicly reported measures for the period of April 2023 through March 204. HHCAHPS Honors recipients must exceed the MatrixCare National Average on at least 85 percent or 17 of the evaluated questions.
