RENO COUNTY, Kan. — Starting Tuesday, May 28, as part of a continuing patching project, the Kansas Department of Transportation will restrict K-14 traffic in Reno County to one lane.

The K-14 traffic restriction will be in place from the west K-14/U.S. 50 junction north to Yaggy Road. The length is almost 7 miles. The traffic restriction will last until around June 30, weather permitting.

Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and a pilot car. Motorists should be prepared to slow down and stop and expect delays of up to 15 minutes.

The map above shows the approximate project location, traced in red.

Iowa Civil Contracting Inc., of Victor, Iowa, is the primary contractor for the $3,559,085 project.
