American Legion Benefit brings Pink Flamingo Flocks to Lawns of Rice County Residents

STERLING, Kan. – The flock is coming. Large flocks of pink flamingos will soon be landing on the lawns of unsuspecting residents in Rice County.

A benefit hosted by American Legion Post 128 in Sterling; your yard could be in their flight path. Support the American Legion and redirect these feathered friends or protect your home from future flocks.

For $10, you can send a flock of flamingos to a friend or family member or do so anonymously for $20. Also, for $10, you can protect your home from all flockings. Flamingos will nest for 24 hours.
