HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The 2024 Kansas State Fair is thrilled to announce an evening of soul-stirring music as Casting Crowns performs with Katy Nichole. The concert is set to take place on Wednesday, September 11, at 7:30 p.m.
Casting Crowns, renowned for boiling down life’s most challenging moments into powerful proclamations of faith, is set to bring their latest album, Healer, to life on stage. Lead singer and primary songwriter Mark Hall crafted songs that speak to the struggles, fears, and uncertainties faced during the pandemic, highlighting the need for Jesus the Healer to be the center of our lives. With more than 13 million albums sold, Grammy Awards, Dove Awards, American Music Awards, and Billboard Music Awards under their belt, Casting Crowns has solidified their place as one of Christian music’s most influential bands.
Opening for Casting Crowns is rising star Katy Nichole, whose breakout year in 2022 saw her smash hit “In Jesus Name (God of Possible)” crown the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart for a record-breaking 20 weeks. With her unabashed honesty and vocal clarity, Katy Nichole has quickly become one of Christian music’s fastest-rising artists. Her debut album, Jesus Changed My Life, showcases her journey from anxiety and depression to health and wholeness, delivering songs filled with hope and inspiration.

New in 2024 – Expanded Seating Area:
The Kansas State Fair is pleased to unveil an improvement to the Grandstand seating that promises to enhance the overall event experience for attendees. This year, the stage will be repositioned to create space for an extended party pit in the lower track area. This expansion not only boosts overall capacity but also provides more concert enthusiasts the chance to enjoy the excitement up close.

Grandstand Seating
Reserved seating in the Grandstand is $40 and $30.
Track Party Pit
Get up close to the stage! The Track Party Pit area gives concertgoers the opportunity to be on the floor, standing right in front of the stage. Each ticket is $65.
VIP Deck – Standing
Want the ultimate VIP treatment? This ticket package includes access to the VIP Deck area, two beverage coupons, complimentary appetizers and finger foods within the VIP Deck, and early entrance to the Grandstand. Each VIP Standing ticket is $85.
VIP Deck – Reserved Table
Get all your friends together with the VIP experience! Reserve a table on our VIP Deck to enjoy the show from a private table that seats six. In addition to a reserved table for six, this package provides two beverage coupons per person, complimentary appetizers and finger foods within the VIP Deck area prior to the show, and early entrance to the Grandstand. Each VIP Reserved Table is $500.
