MARION, Kan. — The City of Marion has announced it will make the city ballroom available as an emergency shelter should the need arise.
Residents have been advised if their heat and/or power goes off or if they are stranded on the road to contact the Marion County Sheriff’s Office on their non-emergency number, 620-382-2144, and they will notify the city to unlock the building for you.
