LINDSBORG, Kan. — Here are some of the upcoming holiday events happening at the Smoky Valley Arts & Folklife Center.
The Hand-Crafted Holiday Market will showcase the work of over 20 artists from the Smoky Valley region and feature a range of items, including paintings, prints, ceramics, jewelry, quilts, Swedish-inspired folk art, woodcarvings, mixed-media pieces, and more. This market offers a unique opportunity to find affordable, hand-crafted items for both gifting and collecting for the holiday season.
The SVAFC has extended weekday hours throughout the holiday season:
- Wednesday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday – Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Christmas Crafts and Cocktails
Join the Smoky Valley Arts & Folklife Center in the Workroom on Thursdays for 4 holiday-themed workshops from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. this season! Each workshop will offer a special cocktail and craft for you to create. Be sure to bring a friend or two and mark your calendars!
