This evening’s events get underway at 5:30 with the grand opening of new classrooms as part of the school’s Forward Campaign.

Included in tonight’s gate admission for the football game versus Fairfield, there will also be carnival games and inflatables for the children. CCS K-12 students and alumni will get in free. At halftime of the football game, CCS classes will be recognized by decade, and there will be fireworks sponsored by Showalter and Rainbow Fireworks.

Saturday kicks off at 9 a.m. with a bake sale and coffee and then a car show will run from 10 to 3 in the CCS Parking lot.

School tours will begin at 10:30 and grilled hamburgers and hot dogs will be served from 11 to 1 and at 11:30 check-in for the lunch and Cougar Classic Golf Tournament at Willowbrook.

There’s also going to be an Alumni Mass Choir Rehearsal directed by Angela Huck at 1:30 in the music room for the Stewardship Dinner in November. This is an optional practice. Registration and other future rehearsal dates can be found at cougarsccs.com.
