HUTCHINSON, Kan. – On June 6th, 2023, the Special Operations Division and Investigations Division with the Hutchinson Police Department arrested William Eric Allen, 55, of Hutchinson, KS for 1) Indecent Solicitation of a child to commit or submit to an unlawful sex act 2) Indecent solicitation of a child to enter a vehicle, building, room or secluded place 3) Electronic Solicitation of a child 14-15 YOA and 4) Sexual Exploitation of a child. He is being held in the Reno County Jail in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
