HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Hutchinson firefighters responded to four separate structure fires Tuesday evening.
The first call came at 5:37 p.m. for the report of a residential home with smoke coming from the rear at 715 E 56th Ave. Crews performed an aggressive interior attack and limited the spread of the fire to a portion of one room. The third fire, at 10:34 p.m., also involved an outside fire in the 600 block of E 10th Ave. Flames had caught a wooden fence on fire and were impinging onto a structure.
Finally, crews were called to the 200 block of W 7th Ave. at 10:46 p.m. for an oversized single-car detached garage that was fully involved.
No injuries were reported with any of Tuesday night’s incidents.
