RENO COUNTY, Kan. – An Ozark, Missouri woman was killed Wednesday night in a crash in far northern Reno County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a Ford Ranger pickup driven by Laura R Manwarren, 45, of Ozark, Mo. was southbound on K-14/96 about four miles south of Sterling when it left the roadway for an unknown reason. Manwarren overcorrected, causing the pickup to roll several times. It eventually came to rest on the passenger side.
Manwarren, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
