RENO COUNTY, Kan. — One person died in a Thursday evening crash just west of Turon.
The crash was reported about 7:30 PM on Sun City Road just west of the Turon city limits, and the Reno County Sheriff’s Office reports a pickup collided with a bridge railing and continued past the bridge.
A juvenile occupant of the pickup was found deceased at the scene, two other people in the truck had what the Sheriff’s office said were minor to no injuries. Reno County Fire District 7 and Reno County EMS also responded.
Names of those involved have not been released and the crash remains under investigation.
